The following rules apply to the Financial Literacy Giveaway (“Giveaway”) presented by Landmark Credit Union (“Landmark”). The promotional sponsor of the Giveaway is Landmark Credit Union, 555 South Executive Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel.
Giveaway Description & Eligibility:
NO PURCHASE / PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Winners of each the four (4) $25.00 Visa® gift cards (the “Prize”) will be randomly chosen from all persons with the correct answer to any Financial Literacy Month question posted to Landmark’s Facebook and/or Instagram pages who submits an entry at landmarkcu.com/financial-capability-giveaway during the Giveaway. Each Friday during the month of April, 2024 (April 5, 12, 19 and 29), Landmark will present a financial literacy question on its Facebook and Instagram pages. Persons who the correct answer to the question via landmarkcu.com/financial-capability-giveaway by 12:00 p.m. central time on the following Monday (April 8, 15, 22 and 29) will be entered to win.
The Giveaway is open to individuals, age 18 and over at the time of drawing, located in any state of the United States of America. Landmark employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of being selected as a Giveaway winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one entry per person.
How to Enter: You enter into each weekly giveaway drawing when you correctly answering the financial literacy question. Filling out the form located at landmarkcu.com/financial-capability-giveaway. Entrants may enter only by using the entry methods described in these rules. Winners will be selected by Landmark by a randomized selection from among all qualified entries received by 12:00 p.m. central time on the Monday immediately following the posting of the financial literacy question on Landmark’s social media pages each Friday during the month of April, 2024. The drawings will be held on April 9, 16, 23 and 30. Winners will be notified on or about the Thursday following each giveaway drawing (April 11, 18, and 25 and May 2, 2024). If the selected winner is ineligible, declines the Prize or if Landmark is unable to contact a selected winner after a reasonable amount of effort and time, but no more than 2 calendar days after Landmark first attempts to contact the winner, the Prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by another randomized selection from all remaining eligible entries. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes and expenses, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local sales, and income taxes, luxury taxes and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the Prize. No Prize substitutions or cash equivalent of Prize is permitted.
General Conditions: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Landmark, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this giveaway. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, as applicable. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants further grant to the Landmark the right to use and publish their proper name and location of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the giveaway. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Landmark to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Landmark, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any Prize won. Landmark reserves the right to terminate all giveaway at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability. Landmark is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Landmark reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway as determined by Giveaway in its sole discretion.
Cancellation: If for any reason beyond the control of Landmark the Giveaway is unable to be held, or for any cause affecting the Giveaway’s operability, fairness, integrity, or accuracy, Landmark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway without notice
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Landmark Credit Union's website.
