You can visit any of our branches to complete the documents needed to add or remove a beneficiary from an account. You can schedule a branch appointment for "Specialized Services" to do this, but it isn't required.

What is the fee on a late mortgage payment?
All mortgage payments are due on the 1st of the month. A fee of 5% of the monthly principal and interest payment will be assessed if payment has not been received by the grace period. Please double check mortgage documents to confirm the date. -

How do I switch from receiving eDocuments to paper copies of my account statements?
You can change the delivery method of your statements and notices within Digital Banking. Here's how:
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate "Accounts" in the top navigation.
- Select "Statements and Documents."
- Select "Unubscribe."
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap "More" in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Accounts."
- Tap "Statements and Documents."
- Tap "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
- Tap "Unsubscribe" in the upper-right corner.

How do I receive a copy of my account interest 1099?
Members who earned more than $10.00 of interest during the year will receive a 1099 form in the mail. These forms are postmarked by January 31 of each year.
If you are registered for eDocuments, you can obtain a duplicate copy via Digital Banking by hovering over "Accounts" in the top navigation, clicking on "Statements and Documents" and then clicking on the "Tax Forms" tab.
