Landmark Credit Union President & CEO to Retire at the End of 2025

After a distinguished 23-year career at Landmark – including the last 12 as president & CEO – Jay Magulski has decided to retire at the end of the year.

Throughout his time at Landmark, Jay has always been focused on people first. He has continued to prioritize members, associates and giving back to the communities Landmark serves. That mindset will not change.

Jay’s retirement is part of a well-thought-out succession plan with Landmark’s board of directors. Landmark’s board with oversight from its succession committee and assistance from global executive search firm Korn Ferry is leading the search for a successor. Internal and external candidates will be considered, and a successor is expected to be named by summer, 2025.
