Leticia Schwengel has been in the banking industry for over 20 years and has spent the last 8 years working in commercial lending assisting business owners and real estate investors. She has a strong passion for the real estate industry and enjoys working with new and seasoned investors for the overall growth of their real estate portfolio.
Leticia earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Alverno College. Leticia also graduated from the ACRE program (Associates in Commercial Real Estate), a partnership with Marquette, MSOE, UW-Milwaukee and LISC. She is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW) and serves on the board of the Apartment Association of SE Wisconsin (AASEW). Leticia currently resides in Waukesha County with her husband and son.
