    Can I make an automatic loan payment from an account at another financial institution?

    Yes, there are several convenient ways to set up recurring transfers for your Landmark loan payments:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    Utilize our Loan Payments feature within Digital Banking.
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Transfer & Pay" in the top navigation. 
    • Select "Transfer & Loan Pay."
    • You'll need the routing and account number from your external account to complete the process.
    • Please note that the transfer takes 3 full business days to complete.
    Option 2: Bill Pay With Another Financial Institution
    If you have Bill Pay available with your other financial institution, you can use that service to make payments on your Landmark auto loan. Remember to reference your Landmark member number along with the loan number suffix as the account number.

    Option 3: At a Branch:
    You can visit any of our branch locations to complete the necessary forms for setting up recurring transfers. The processing time for this setup is approximately 3 to 4 business days.

    Do I receive a confirmation that my transfer is complete? How soon after will my transaction post?

    You will receive an online confirmation that the transfer is complete, along with a Reference Number, after you select the "Confirm Transfer" button. We use real-time account access, and therefore as soon as you confirm the transaction, it will process. Internal transfers, excluding credit card and mortgage payments, are immediate. Mortgage and credit card accounts, which will not reflect a transfer until the next business day because payments are only processed overnight for these two types of accounts. External transfers may take up to three days to post. We recommend visiting the Account Summary or History page to verify the transfer has taken place.

    Which services can be scheduled for an appointment?

    We now offer branch appointments for the following services:
    • Opening a checking, savings or certificate account
    • Opening a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
    • Opening a business account
    • Renewing a matured certificate
    • Meeting with an Investment Center Consultant
    • Signature Guarantee
    • Specialized Services - including notary services, account changes requiring documentation (marriage, death, divorce, POA, etc.), stop payments, disputes and other complex service-related items
    We also offer appointments over the telephone for additional questions and applying for a loan (Personal, Home Equity or Vehicle). Schedule an appointment today!

    How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

    Signing up for Bill Pay is easy!

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Transfer & Pay in the top navigation.
    • Select "Bill Pay."
    • Review the Electronic Bill Pay Authorization.
    • Select "I Agree"
    • Select "Continue."
    • Select "Add Payee."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "Move Money" in the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Bill Pay."
    • Review and agree to the Electronic Bill Pay Authorization.
    • Tap "Continue."
    • Tap "Add a Payee."
    You can now setup monthly recurring or single payments to pay a business or individual and the funds will be deducted directly from your checking account.
