How do I get a credit report in Credit Hub?
You can easily enroll in our credit monitoring service, Credit Hub, through Digital Banking or the mobile app.
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate the "Credit Hub" widget on the right side of the page, and click "Show my Score."
- Accept the disclosures when prompted.
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap the "More" icon in the bottom right corner.
- Expand the "Manage Money & Finances" menu.
- Tap "Credit Hub."
- Accept the terms and conditions.

How do I earn points with Landmark Rewards?
Use your Landmark Rewards Debit Card for signature-based purchases or your Rewards Credit Card for qualifying purchases.
Points are earned based on your qualifying net purchases (purchases minus returns or other credits).
Please note:
Points are not earned for cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or any fees associated with your card account.
You will continue earning points as long as your account remains in good standing.
Good standing means your account is not delinquent, past due, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended, or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding. -

How do I change my username in Digital Banking?
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate "Settings & Support" in the top navigation.
- Click "Settings."
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click the pencil icon next to username.
- Enter your new username and click the "Save Changes" button.
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap the "More" button in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Settings."
- Tap "Security."
- Under "Username," type your new username.
- Tap "Save."

How do I lock my credit or debit card?
You can easily lock and unlock your credit or debit card using the Card Management tool in Digital Banking or the Mobile App. This allows you to stop all card transactions (except for recurring transactions) when your card is temporarily lost or stolen.
Misplace your card? Use Card Management in Digital Banking or our mobile app to lock your card.
Option 1: Through Card Management in Digital Banking- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Locate “Card Management” on the navigation menu.
- Select “Manage Cards.”

How do I send or receive wire transfers?
Send Domestic Wire Transfer
You can send a wire transfer, within the United States, by visiting any branch location. We recommend scheduling an appointment online beforehand (select Specialized Services). Any domestic wires done after 4:45 p.m. may not be processed until the following business day. Transfers will take up to two to four hours to get to the recipient, and a fee of $20.00 will be charged to you, the member.
You will need to provide the following recipient information:- Amount
- Beneficiary Name
- Beneficiary Account Number
- Beneficiary Street Address (P.O. Box is not a valid address)
- Financial Institution Name
- Financial Institution Address
- Financial Institution Routing Number
- Reason for the wire transfer
Send a Foreign Wire Transfer
If you are sending a wire transfer outside of the United States, you will need to schedule a branch appointment (select Specialized Services) for a time Monday-Friday. The member must remain present until exchange information is received and disclosures are signed. All foreign wires must be completed by 3:00 p.m. Transfers will take 5-7 business days to be received by the recipient, and a fee of $75.00 is charged to you, the member.
You will need to provide the following recipient information:- Amount -Beneficiary Name
- Beneficiary Account Number
- Beneficiary Street Address (P.O. Box is not a valid address)
- Financial Institution Name
- Financial Institution Address
- Financial Institution SWIFT code
- IBSN (Europe & Costa Rica), CLABE (Mexico), Transit and Sort code (Canada)
- Reason for the wire transfer
Receive a Wire Transfer to Landmark Account
To have funds transferred to your Landmark account (Note: there is a $10 fee for this service), the company sending the wire transfer will require the following information:- To: Landmark Credit Union ABA: 275079714
- Financial Institution Address: 555 S Executive Dr. Brookfield, WI 53005
- ABA Number: 275079714
- Beneficiary name
- Beneficiary account number (Please specify Savings, Checking, etc.)
