    Who do I call for a lost or stolen credit card?

    If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact credit card customer service immediately at 866-952-8199 or 855-340-8778 for Cash Back Credit Cards only. You can report that the card is no longer in your possession and request a new card. Misplaced your card? Utilize Card Management via Digital Banking to lock your debit or credit card when misplaced or stolen, set spending limits or even set location preferences.

    What do I do about my loans if I am moving out of the country?

    Prior to leaving the country, here are some things to consider:
    • Set up an automatic transfer from Landmark or your current financial institution to make the payment each month.
    • Consider adding a Power of Attorney to your account to handle your finances and make your payments while you are out of the country.
    • Repay the loan in full before you go.
    • If you will have internet access while away, you can make payments through Digital Banking.

    How do I activate my credit card?

    There are four ways to activate your Landmark credit card. Choose the option below and follow the steps that work best for you.

    Option 1: Through Card Management in Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Card Management" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Manage Cards."
    • Select "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Select "Activate."
    Option 2: Through Card Management in the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "More" in the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Card Management."
    • Tap "Manage Cards."
    • Tap "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Tap "Activate."
    Note: ATM cards are not able to be activated under Card Management in Digital Banking.

    Option 3: Call the 800 Number on the Sticker Attached to the Physical Card

    Option 4: By Phone During Business Hours
    • Call 262-796-4500.
    • Select 3 for credit cards, ATM cards or debit cards.
    • Select 1 for credit cards. 
    • Select 1 to activate your credit card.
