    How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication in Digital Banking?

    Digital Banking - Two-Factor Authentication Steps

    To set up Two-Factor Authentication in Digital Banking follow these steps:
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click on your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Click "Settings."
    • Click the "Security" tab.
    • Under the "Two-Factor Authentication," click to toggle "ON" this feature which will require two-factor authentication each time you log into Digital Banking.
    • Once the Two-Factor Authentication toggle "ON" option is complete, you will be taken to a verification webpage. This verification webpage will request you to enter your phone number and then request a code be sent to your phone via SMS or 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
    • Click "Send Code."
    • Check your SMS (text) messages or Two-Factor-Authentication app to verify you received the "One-Time Passcode" was sent to your phone.
    • Enter the "One-Time Passcode" code and click "Verify."

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Select your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Select "Settings."
    • Select "Contact."
    • If needed, click the pencil icon next to your email, update it, and click "Save Changes."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap on your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Tap "Settings."
    • Tap "Contact."
    • If needed, tap your email, update it, and tap "Save Email."
    If you are still receiving paper notices even though your email address is current in Digital Banking, contact us.
