    What do I do if I'm having trouble logging in to Digital Banking?

    If you are having trouble accessing your account, please make sure you are using your correct username and password. Check your caps lock key as our login box is case sensitive, and make sure your number lock key is on as well. Any leading or trailing blanks (spaces) in your User ID or Password will not allow the service to load properly.

    If you can't remember your username or password, click "Forgot username or password" on the Digital Banking login page

    Our site is optimized for use with certified/recommended browsers. If you use a different browser, you may not be able to take full advantage of all the features of the site.

    When should I expect a coupon book on my car loan?

    We no longer send coupon books for auto loans. Instead, you'll receive a monthly billing statement. If you need to make a payment before receiving your statement, you have a few options:
    1. Make a payment within Digital Banking.
    2. Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
    3. Visit any of our branches.
    4. Mail your payment to the address provided on your closing documents:

    Remember to include your loan account number on the check memo section. You can find your account number in the vehicle loan welcome letter you received in the mail.

    How do I pay my auto loan?

    You have multiple options for paying your vehicle loan payment:
    1. Digital Banking: Access your account through Digital Banking to make a payment.
    2. One-time Guest Payment: Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
    3. Branch Visit: Visit any of our branches to make your payment.
    4. Mail Payment: Mail your payment to: Landmark Credit Union P.O. Box 510910 New Berlin, WI 53151-0910
      • Please write your loan account number in the memo section of your check so we know where the payment needs to be posted. Your loan account number can be found in the vehicle loan welcome letter that was mailed to you.

    How do I send or receive wire transfers?

    Send Domestic Wire Transfer
    You can send a wire transfer, within the United States, by visiting any branch location. We recommend scheduling an appointment online beforehand (select Specialized Services). Any domestic wires done after 4:45 p.m. may not be processed until the following business day. Transfers will take up to two to four hours to get to the recipient, and a fee of $20.00 will be charged to you, the member.

    You will need to provide the following recipient information:
    • Amount
    • Beneficiary Name
    • Beneficiary Account Number
    • Beneficiary Street Address (P.O. Box is not a valid address)
    • Financial Institution Name
    • Financial Institution Address
    • Financial Institution Routing Number
    • Reason for the wire transfer
    Please make sure the beneficiary has contacted their financial institution ahead of time to get their correct wiring instructions. Note that some financial institutions do not receive wires directly and require the use of a correspondent financial institution.

    Send a Foreign Wire Transfer
    If you are sending a wire transfer outside of the United States, you will need to schedule a branch appointment (select Specialized Services) for a time Monday-Friday. The member must remain present until exchange information is received and disclosures are signed. All foreign wires must be completed by 3:00 p.m. Transfers will take 5-7 business days to be received by the recipient, and a fee of $75.00 is charged to you, the member.

    You will need to provide the following recipient information:
    • Amount -Beneficiary Name
    • Beneficiary Account Number
    • Beneficiary Street Address (P.O. Box is not a valid address)
    • Financial Institution Name
    • Financial Institution Address
    • Financial Institution SWIFT code
    • IBSN (Europe & Costa Rica), CLABE (Mexico), Transit and Sort code (Canada)
    • Reason for the wire transfer
    Please make sure the beneficiary has contacted their financial institution ahead of time to get their correct wiring instructions.

    Receive a Wire Transfer to Landmark Account
    To have funds transferred to your Landmark account (Note: there is a $10 fee for this service), the company sending the wire transfer will require the following information:

    • ABA Number: 275079714
    • Beneficiary name
    • Beneficiary account number (Please specify Savings, Checking, etc.)
