Admirals Giveaway Official Rules 

The following rules apply to the Admirals Giveaway (“Giveaway”) presented by Landmark Credit Union (“Landmark”). 

By entering this Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and should carefully read them before entering. The promotional sponsors of the Giveaway are Landmark Credit Union, 555 South Executive Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005 (“Landmark”) and the Milwaukee Admirals Hockey Club LLC, 510 West Kilbourn Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53203 ("Admirals") The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel. 

Giveaway Description & Eligibility: NO PURCHASE / PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Three (3) winners will receive an Admirals package with a total value of $270.00 (1) 4 pack of Admirals tickets to the December 13, 2025 game against the Chicago Wolves, one (1) $20 Admirals concession gift card and one (1) $50 Landmark Visa gift card (the “Prize”). Prize winners will be randomly chosen from all persons who timely submit valid entries to win through the Landmark Facebook page during the Giveaway Period at https://www.facebook.com/landmarkcu or on our website at https://www.landmarkcu.com/milwaukee-admirals-giveaway. Entries must be received between November 24, 2025, at 7 a.m. and November 28, 2025, 11:59 p.m. Central Time in order to be entered to win (the “Giveaway Period”). 

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 and over at the time of the prize drawing who reside in Wisconsin. Landmark and Admirals employees and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 

PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of being selected as a Giveaway winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one entry per person. 

How to Enter: You will be entered into the Giveaway when you submit an entry by: a) commenting on our Giveaway post on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/landmarkcu; or b) online at https://www.landmarkcu.com/milwaukee-admirals-giveaway/ between November 24 at 7:00 a.m. until November 28 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Giveaway Period”) Providing your mailing address and email are required and will be used to deliver tickets and mail the Admirals prize pack to winners.

Entrants may enter only by using the entry methods described in these rules. Use of any device, code or other means to automate entry is prohibited. Winners will be selected by Landmark by a randomized selection from among all qualified entries received during the Giveaway Period. The prize drawing will be held on December 1, 2025. If a selected winner is ineligible, the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by another randomized selection from all remaining eligible entries. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes and expenses, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local sales, income taxes, luxury taxes, and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the Prize. No Prize substitutions or cash equivalent of Prize is permitted. 

Contacting Winners: If the winners have entered via Facebook, the winners will be contacted via a private message via Facebook Messenger If we’re unable to send a message via Facebook Messenger, we will comment publicly on the commenters message using our official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/landmarkcu requesting they send us a private message. If the winners have entered via online entry at the Landmark website, winners will be notified via the email address they provided in their entry. If the winner does not respond to an attempt to contact within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected by another randomized selection from all remaining eligible entries. We will email tickets (via Ticketmaster) and will mail non-ticket prizes to the address provided by the winner. If the Prizewinner's winnings exceed $600 in a calendar year, Landmark will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the IRS and Prizewinner. 

General Conditions: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Landmark, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, as applicable. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants further grant to Landmark the right to use and publish their proper name and location of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Giveaway. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Landmark to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Landmark, Admirals, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any Prize won. Landmark reserves the right to terminate this giveaway at any time without notice. If Landmark determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Landmark reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway.

Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability: This Giveaway is conducted in English. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Landmark in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than in the State of Wisconsin. 

BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS. 

Landmark is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Landmark reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway as determined by Giveaway in its sole discretion. 

Cancellation: If for any reason beyond the control of Landmark the Giveaway is unable to be held, or for any cause affecting the Giveaway’s operability, fairness, integrity, or accuracy, Landmark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway without notice.

Privacy Policy and Personal Information: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Landmark for the purpose of administering the Giveaway only. Landmark will not sell, share or otherwise disclose entrant’s personal information to third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Landmark to administer the Giveaway. In the event of any discrepancy between Landmark’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy will control. Winner’s List: To request the names of the Giveaway winners, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to: Landmark Credit Union, Attn: Admirals Giveaway Winner, P.O. Box 510870, New Berlin, WI 53151-0870. Requests must be received by January 15, 2026.
