How to Submit a Request for Information
To request information about your mortgage loan, write to us at:

In your letter, please provide the following information:
- Account Information: Your name and account number.
- Description of request: A statement of the information you are requesting regarding your mortgage loan.
What Happens After We Receive Your Request
Within 5 days (excluding weekends and legal holidays)
- We will send you a written acknowledgement that we received your request.
Within 30 days (excluding weekends and legal holidays)
- If the information is available, we will provide it in writing, and include contact information for further assistance
- If the information is not available, we will send a written notice explaining why, including the basis for our determination and contact information for further assistance.
Note: In some cases, we may extend the investigation. If we do, the investigation can take up to 45 days (excluding weekends and legal holidays), and we will notify you if an extension is needed.

If you are dissatisfied with the information received or need additional information, you can contact us in writing at:

Limitations on Information Requests
We may not be required to respond to a request if the information is substantially the same as a previous request we already answered, is confidential or legally protected, is not directly related to your mortgage loan, is overly broad, would require unreasonable effort or resources to provide, or is submitted after the time limits established under Regulation X. If we decide not to provide the information, we will notify you in writing.
