    Tax Information

Loan and Credit Card Payments

One of the easiest ways you can make a loan or credit card payment is through Landmark’s Digital Banking or Mobile App. 

Landmark Loan Payments

  • Log in to your Digital Banking account.
  • Hover over “Pay & Transfer” from the top navigation.
  • Click “Transfers & Loan Pay.”
  • Choose a “From Account” from the drop-down or select “Add Account” to pay from an external account.
  • Choose your loan from the “To Account” drop-down.
  • Choose the amount you want to pay from the “How Much” drop-down. You’ll see options such as regular amount, amount due and “other” for a custom amount.
  • Under “When” choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    • Add a memo, if you like.
  • Click the “Review Transfer” button.
  • Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the “Submit Transfer” button.
  • Log in to the Mobile App.
  • Tap the “Transfers” icon on the bottom navigation.
  • Tap the “Make a Transfer” image.
  • Choose a “From Account” from the drop-down or select “Add Account” to pay from an external account.
  • Choose your loan from the “To Account” drop-down.
  • Choose the amount you want to pay from the “How Much” drop-down.
    • You’ll see options such as regular amount, amount due and “other” for a custom amount.
  • Under “When” choose the frequency.
    • You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    • Add a memo, if you like.
  • Tap the “Review Transfer” button.
  • Make sure everything is accurate, and then tap the “Submit Transfer” button.

Please note, same day loan payments must be received by 7:30 p.m. Central Time. Payments received after this time will be credited the next day. Applicable late payment fees will be assessed on the last day of the grace period as of the cutoff time.

Credit Card Payments

Make a credit card payment with funds in your Landmark account
  • Log into Digital Banking.
  • From the dashboard, locate your Landmark Credit Card(s) and click on the "View Transactions" link.
  • This will open directly into the Landmark Credit Card Page. 
  • Navigate to the Payments tab.
  • Click on the "Make a Payment" button. You'll see options such as minimum payment due, current balance, last statement balance, past due amount and "other" for a custom amount.
    • If setting up recurring payments, toggle the AutoPay switch to "on". You'll see options such as minimum payment due, statement balance, and other amount.
  • Select the date to schedule your payment on.
    • Payments can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
  • Select the payment method.
    • If the account you would like to pay from is not shown, click "Add Payment Account".
  • Click the "Review Payment" button.
  • Make sure everything is accurate, and then click "Submit".

  • Log into Digital Banking.
  • Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
  • Click "Transfer & Loan Pay".
  • Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down if you've already added an external account, or select "Add Account" to pay from a different external account.
  • Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
  • Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as minimum due, current balance, past due amount and "other" for a custom amount. 
  • Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one time payment or set up recurring payments.
    • Add a memo, if you like.
  • Click "Review Transfer" button.
  • Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.

  • Log into the Mobile App.
  • Tap “Make a transfer” in the bottom navigation.
  • To make a one-time payment, choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap “Transfer” and finally tap “Confirm Transfer.”
  • To set up a recurring payment, tap the “schedule” toggle at the top and then “schedule a transfer.” Then you will be able to choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap “transfer” and finally tap “confirm transfer.”
Make a credit card payment with funds from another financial institution.
  • Log into the Mobile App.
  • Click the name of your credit card account.
  • Click the "Pay your bill now” link. It will then prompt you to add your financial institution’s account information.

Account Transfers

Transferring money to another Landmark or external account is easy!

Transfer Between Accounts

  • Log into Digital Banking
  • Locate the “Pay & Transfer” tab on the main navigation bar
  • Select “Transfer & Loan Pay”
 For Internal Transfers
  • You may use the Quick or the Classic tab based on your preference
  • Select a TO and FROM account
  • Enter the amount
  • Click "Submit" Confirm Transfer
For External Transfers
  • Select the Classic tab
  • Click the “Add Account" button to make a transfer
  • Select instantly or manually
  • Enter your information
  • Once verified, the external account will be saved and be available in the internal transfer flow
  • Log into Landmark's Mobile App  
  • Locate “Transfer” on the main navigation bar  
  • Select “Make a Transfer”  
For Internal Transfers  
  • Select a TO and FROM account  
  • Enter the amount  
  • Tap "Submit"  
  • Confirm Transfer  
For External Transfers  
  • Tap the “Add Account" button to make a transfer  
  • Select instantly or manually  
  • Enter your information  
  • Once verified, the external account will be saved and be available in the internal transfer flow (see above) 

Wire Transfers

You can send a wire transfer, within the United States, by visiting any branch location. We recommend scheduling an appointment online beforehand (select Specialized Services when setting up an appointment online). Any domestic wires done after 3:45 p.m. may not be processed until the following business day. Transfers will take between 2 to 4 hours to get to the recipient, and a fee of $20.00 will be charged to you, the member.

 You will need to provide the following recipient information:
  • Amount
  • Beneficiary Name
  • Beneficiary Account Number
  • Beneficiary Street Address (P.O. Box is not a valid address)
  • Financial Institution Name
  • Financial Institution Address
  • Financial Institution Routing Number
  • Reason for the wire transfer
Please make sure the beneficiary has contacted their financial institution ahead of time to get their correct wiring instructions. Note that some financial institutions do not receive wires directly and require the use of a correspondent financial institution.
If you are sending a wire transfer outside of the United States, you will need to schedule a branch appointment (select Specialized Services when setting up an appointment online) for a time Monday-Friday. The member must remain present until exchange information is received, and disclosures are signed. All foreign wires must be completed by 3:00 p.m. Transfers will take 5 to 7 business days to be received by the recipient, and a fee of $75.00 is charged to you, the member.

You will need to provide the following recipient information:
  • Amount
  • Beneficiary Name
  • Beneficiary Account Number
  • Beneficiary Street Address (P.O. Box is not a valid address)
  • Financial Institution Name
  • Financial Institution Address
  • Financial Institution SWIFT code
  • IBSN (Europe & Costa Rica), CLABE (Mexico), Transit and Sort code (Canada)
  • Reason for the wire transfer
Please make sure the beneficiary has contacted their financial institution ahead of time to get their correct wiring instructions.
To have funds transferred to your Landmark account (Note: there is a $10 fee for this service when paying off a Landmark mortgage), the company sending the wire transfer will require the following information:
  • To: Landmark Credit Union ABA: 275079714
  • Financial Institution Address: 555 S Executive Dr. Brookfield, WI 53005
  • ABA Number: 275079714
  • Beneficiary name
  • Beneficiary account number (Please specify Savings, Checking, etc.)
