Bill Payment Service is free with qualifying Direct Deposit. ($3 monthly fee is waived). All users of Bill Payment will receive the first 15 bills per month paid at no charge then $0.49 for each additional bill paid. Direct Deposit is defined as a minimum of $250 per month in ACH deposits, which may include payroll, pension or government benefit payments, such as Social Security.
