Landmark Credit Union, the largest credit union in Wisconsin, is looking for ambitious, enthusiastic professionals to join our Management Trainee program. The program is designed to rotate individuals through various departments, giving participants a thorough understanding of our organization. Final management placement will be determined by your progress in the program and to current available openings. This position does require travel between our various branches located throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gain as much knowledge as possible about the organization including polices and procedures.
- Receive training and perform duties of several departments, including but not limited to Branch Operations, Member Service, Mortgage and Indirect Lending.
- Monitor performance with key trainers and senior management.
- Receive training from supervisors and related departments.
- Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards required for performing departmental duties.
Skills & Specifications:
- Must have experience in leading teams or projects.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and roles.
- Must go above and beyond the scope of one's position or responsibility to perform needed tasks.
- Must have knowledge of a PC for word processing, spreadsheets, and contact management software.
- Proven communication skills required.
Education & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or related field highly recommended.
