Supervises and coaches the branch personnel in order to achieve the branch growth objectives and to meet quality customer service expectations. Reports to the Senior Vice President of Branch Administration and has access to confidential information.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
- Must have strong problem solving skills.
- Must have the ability to coach and motivate staff towards reaching set goals.
- Must be licensed to sell credit insurance.
- Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job related State and federal laws and regulations.
Duties may include:
- Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates the branch office staff.
- Assures that members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service while maintaining the policies and procedures of the credit union.
- Communicates with the main office.
- Acts as a loan officer within assigned approval limits and may originate first mortgage applications if authorized.
- Responsible for the profitable operation of the branch within budget guidelines and set objectives including cash control, cash flow and accurate posting of all transactions. Monitors the performance of associates toward assigned goals of incentive systems and contests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
