We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual for our fast growing financial institution. Confidentiality required. A college degree or prior management experience preferred. Primary responsibilities include assisting the branch manager in the day to day operations of the branch and assuming full branch responsibilities in the branch manager’s absence.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
- Must have strong problem solving skills.
- Must have the ability to coach and motivate staff to achieve set goals.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating the staff. Serve as the manager when needed.
- Assure that the members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service.
- Train branch personnel in various duties, oversee the scheduling of personnel, ordering of cash, and work flow of the branch.
- Serve as a PFO (Personal Financial Officer) as needed in order to provide optimum member service.
- Complete and forward all monthly logs to the proper personnel in a timely fashion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
